Contemporary Fold

'Contemporary Fold' is a Fall/Winter womenswear collection. Designed and created in collaboration with the customer, children's book author, and artist Hallee Adelman. With a primary goal of designing for the customer; comfort, fit, flexibility, and professionalism were at the forefront of these designs. Contemporary Fold combines modern and homestyle aesthetics putting an emphasis on the simplicity of fashion from delicate pleats to intricate topstitching. Focusing on the tactile aspects of art and creativity, this collection puts the artist at the heart of it. Considering all of the love and personal touch that goes into not only art, but life's simple pleasures from a homemade latte to a handwritten letter. This lookbook features original prints, ethically sourced textiles, and classic silhouettes. This collection provides transitional pieces that can be mix-and-matched to carry one throughout their day to day. This project received both the first place award for total units sold, as well as for highest sales volume.
